The Multicultural and Spanish speaking Art for Health and Wellbeing workshops!
In the last workshop, both the Multicultural and Spanish groups drew Mandalas symbolising unity. The groups made spontaneous images in a circle while listening to soothing music, thus letting the creativity and imagination flow organically. If this sounds good, please feel free to join us every Tuesday 10am-12pm (Multicultural) and 12:30-2:30pm (Spanish).
Spaces are limited, so please be quick and register your interest by contacting Maria Rosa Casanova (Trained Art Therapist) on 0422 814 417 or email email@example.com. Priority will be given to women living in the Bayside LGA.
